Public information
Profile handles, profile introductions, organization-published listings, release manifests, seller terms, and acquisitions a profile deliberately shares are public.
Private information
Email addresses, private acquisitions, order records, download links, access history, reports, support requests, and unpublished product files are not public profile data.
Creator audience choices
A signed-in member may separately choose product updates for one product and creator news and services for that creator. Both choices start off. Slew identifies the named creator as the recipient and controller for the selected purpose; accepting seller terms, acquiring or downloading a product, following a profile, sharing an acquisition publicly, and receiving in-app notifications do not give email permission.
Creator audience data and export
For an active selected purpose, Slew processes the member's current contact identity and consent provenance for the named creator. Active name, email, and consent provenance may be exported to that creator through audited controls. A member can withdraw either purpose independently at any time; withdrawal, an email change, suppression, or deletion stops that purpose from being used for creator email.
Email processors and safeguards
When creator email is enabled, Slew sends from a platform-controlled domain and uses Amazon Simple Email Service as an email processor. Sender authentication, provider feedback, suppression, abuse controls, and audit are required before that feature is activated.
Imported contacts
A creator-imported address is not a subscription. It receives an invitation to make its own unchecked choices, may decline, and is deleted if it remains unconfirmed for 30 days. Import confirmation records and invitations are retained only for the applicable consent, suppression, and audit controls.
Operational data and requests
We retain identity mappings, authorization records, security evidence, audit events, and access events needed to operate and protect the marketplace. Use the support entry point for access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions; a member can also manage or withdraw creator-audience choices from their account.
